Introducing Membranes to Ubbink's Portfolio

We are thrilled to introduce two NEW membranes to the Ubbink UK portfolio: MultiVap Super and MultiVap Plus.

These vapour-permeable underlays allow water vapour to pass through the roof structure, helping to reduce the risk of interstitial condensation. They can also reduce the level of roof ventilation required to comply with BS 5250:2021 and support compliance with both BS 5250:2021 and BS 5534:2018.

MultiVap Plus - 1m x 50m

MultiVap Plus is a vapour-permeable, waterproof, four-layer membrane featuring a PP spunbond membrane and microporous film. Designed for application to the outside (cold side) of sloping roof and façade constructions, it provides effective protection against external moisture, including rain and drifting snow, while allowing water vapour from inside the building to escape.

MultiVap Super - 1m x 50m

MultiVap Super is a strong, vapour-permeable and waterproof four-layer membrane featuring a PP spunbond membrane and microporous film. Applied to the outside (cold side) of sloping roof and façade constructions, it helps protect the building fabric from external moisture, such as rain and drifting snow, while allowing water vapour from inside to escape safely.

This combination helps ensure the roof structure remains protected, dry, and well ventilated.
