We Welcome Cinergi to Our Northampton HQ
Our Ventilation Product Lead, Craig, was delighted to welcome the Cinergi team to our Northampton HQ last week for a dedicated Ventilation Training session.
As our in-house ventilation expert, Craig always enjoys delivering these sessions. Alongside hosting our highly popular monthly BPEC training courses, he is passionate about sharing his knowledge and helping installers and technicians build confidence in the field.
At Cinergi, the goal is to ensure technicians feel fully supported and equipped with the knowledge they need to deliver the highest standards of installation and service. The training covered everything from ventilation system fundamentals and installation best practices to MVHR unit setup, system features and settings, servicing procedures, fault finding, diagnostics, commissioning, and understanding our responsibilities as industry professionals.
By providing a comprehensive understanding of how ventilation systems work and how their components integrate, we help ensure every installation performs at its optimum level and delivers the best possible experience for the end customer.
It was a fantastic day spent with a team that is genuinely committed to doing things right.
