We have extended our opening hours

Extended Opening Hours

We are pleased to announce that our opening hours have been extended. Previously, our phone lines opened at 9:00am; however, as many of our merchants begin trading earlier, we have aligned our customer service availability accordingly.

Our customer service team is now available from 8:00am, allowing customers and anyone seeking information to contact us earlier and receive support promptly.

Please note that staffing levels are reduced between 8:00am and 9:00am, so if your call is not answered immediately, a member of our team may already be assisting another caller.
